Queen of the Night

A rare bloom
planted in this world,
I have but a lifetime
of brief moments
to live, to blossom,
to fulfill my purpose,
and return to eternity
when the last breath
is drawn…

of brief moments
to cherish every
mem’ry of loving,
of hope and giving,
of death and suffering,
of faith and believing~
despite tragedies,
amid loneliness.
